I starting giving piano lessons in London and three years ago and during the last six month I was tryhing to find ways to developmy business and learn about markeing ideas as well as teaching techniques. I first met Jane in 2012 and she encouraged me to take the plunge and stop working at a school to focus on growing my business. For years now I have had a consistenly full studio with waitlist and now other teachers working for me. Jane opened my eyes to a wide variety of contemporary pieces and and techniques whihc have helped to keep students keen. Having a purely classical background prior to meeting Jane, I had very limited exposure to improvisation and how to allow contemporary pieces to augment a classical education, let along providing a purely contemporary option for students. Having a borad range of options available has helped to keep students engaged from 4 years old to adults. Jane been a wonderful sounding board and mentor for business structure advice. I'm so thankful I met her!
